A training program completly tailored to achieve your personal goals, with ongoing follow ups and personal access to me.
No matter wether you are a beginner, intermediate or advanced athlete, I will create for you a tailored, periodised programme of 4,8 or 12 weeks, based on your personal goals after a questionnaire and a conversation.
With that programme, you are then equipped to manage your training and progress with either your bespoke home or gym based plan.
In addition to that programme you can choose to add on the online coaching/follow up option : We will check up together regularly to make sure you are on the right path and making progress. I will adapt your program when need be depending on your results. You will have an access to my personal WhatApp and email whenever you need for whatever questions you might have about your training and nutrition.
We will be in constant contact until you reach your goals.
